How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Can I still order if I am not a business?
Absolutely. Individuals can shop through our retail collection even without a wholesale account.

How long do the products stay fresh?
Cakes and bakes remain fresh for 5–7 days when stored correctly. Storage instructions are included with each order.
Can products be frozen?
Most items freeze very well. Simply thaw at room temperature before serving.

Yes. Serving suggestions, pairing ideas and portion counts are listed on each product.
Returns & Support
What if there is an issue with my order?
If something doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.
Can I cancel or edit an order after placing it?
Orders can be edited within 2 hours of checkout. Wholesale standing orders can be adjusted via your account dashboard.
