This cake really makes a scene of itself - a real eye-catcher in your cake display. Punchy citrus flavours, the tropical hint of coconut and then super bright pink icing (naturally made with dried beetroot of course, we steer clear of anything artificial) with a sprinkling of stunning mixed petals.
It has the benefit of being vegan friendly, which we find is our largest growth area at the moment and a section of customers that everyone needs to reach, whilst also being heartily enjoyed by those who didn't even realise!
Suitable for freezing.
Our large wholesale loaf cakes are approximately 21.5cm long by 11.5cm wide, giving at least 10 generous 1" sliced portions, a per portion cost of just £1.25.
