What can make a flapjack so special you ask! Well we use organic and gluten free 100% Scottish oats. You can really taste the difference and this also means our flapjacks are free of gluten, dairy and are vegan friendly. You'd never know so they appeal to all and contain none of the 14 identifiable allergens making them a great option for many diets.
This slice has the glorious combination of the light and summery flavours of apricots and lavender.
Suitable for freezing.
Each high quality, handmade tray is approximately 12" by 8" offering between 16 and 24 portions depending on your sizing - giving a per portion cost of between just 70p and £1.06. Trays supplied whole for you to cut as desired.

All of our gluten free products are made in a dedicated gluten and wheat free environment. We guarantee the gluten free status ( <5ppm wheat gluten and <2.5ppm gliadin) of these products by undertaking periodic random testing by an independent food analysis laboratory to ensure peace of mind for all of our customers. We are also listed with the Coeliac Society directory of approved suppliers.
Please note that we use nuts continually in our manufacturing process so sadly none of our products are suitable for those with nut allergies.
