Turmeric is really on trend at the moment and adds such a rich colour and earthy background note to cakes and bakes. We'll leave the talk of health benefits to others, as we enjoy the tastes here - the punchy combination with ginger. A very tasty sponge which always delights lovers of ginger! Simply finished with ginger water icing and attractive marigold petals.
It has the benefit of being vegan friendly, which we find is our largest growth area at the moment and a section of customers that everyone needs to reach, whilst also being heartily enjoyed by those who didn't even realise!

Our large wholesale loaf cakes are approximately 21.5cm long by 11.5cm wide, giving at least 10 generous 1" sliced portions, a per portion cost of just £1.25.
