Gluten Free - Dairy Free

Probably our most demanded cake ever! This one has to be back on the summer menu as we get so many requests for this all the time. A moist and light lemon sponge with a fresh, summery hint of elderflower and topped with beautiful, edible petals.

Suitable for freezing. 



Our large wholesale loaf cakes are approximately 21.5cm long by 11.5cm wide, giving at least 10 generous 1" sliced portions, a per portion cost of just £1.25.

All of our gluten free products are made in a dedicated gluten and wheat free environment. We guarantee the gluten free status ( <5ppm wheat gluten and <2.5ppm gliadin) of these products by undertaking periodic random testing by an independent food analysis laboratory to ensure peace of mind for all of our customers. We are also listed with the Coeliac Society directory of approved suppliers.

Please note that we use nuts continually in our manufacturing process so sadly none of our products are suitable for those with nut allergies.
