Our large wholesale loaf cakes are approximately 21.5cm long by 11.5cm wide, giving at least 10 generous sliced portions, a per portion cost of just £1.25.

We guarantee the gluten free status ( <5ppm wheat gluten and <2.5ppm gliadin) of these products by undertaking periodic random testing by an independent food analysis laboratory to ensure peace of mind for all of our customers. We are also listed with the Coeliac Society directory of approved suppliers.
